To Juice Or Not To Juice?

In today’s society there has been a lot of attention given to the benefits of consuming organic whole foods and Juicing them to benefit from the vast array of phytonutrients. While this is a great alternative to the sugar laden, stimulant filled energy drinks and so called functional beverages there are a few things you need to know.

1) Even when you buy organic the whole foods are picked at a time where their shelf life will be preserved and not the peak of their nutritional capacity.

2) Soil in the U.S has been depleted of vital nutrients for decades. This means there are very little nutrients in the produce now being harvested. You need more than 5 times the produce today to get even a small fraction of the nutrition that was present in one unit of the same produce 100 years ago!

3) Most juicers destroy the live enzyme content and many of the phytonutrients through the juicing process and from the high heat of the motor. So if juicing has these negatives is there a better solution?

You bet there is. A second generation organic farmer by the name of Uri Lebaron patented process called “instafresh” that takes live wholefoods picked at the peak of their nutritional capacity, juiced within 5 hours of picking and low temperature dried to a powder in less than 30 seconds at less than 100 degrees! This preserves the nutritional integrity and actually provides more live nutrition in a powdered form when you simply add water than juicing 5-15 pounds of organic produce!

The best part is that the product tastes great! The product I have been enjoying for years is called "Live" and is sold by Nuriche . I highly encourage you to consider the Live product instead of juicing or one of the over priced nutrient deficient whole food vitamins on the market.
